Most guys order the same waist size they normally wear in other pants (hint: this is probably you).
If you're between sizes or prefer a stylish fit, size down (Mugsys are crazy flexible).
If you prefer a looser fit or have Thor-like-thunder-thighs, order a size up and wear them with a belt (only ~1-2% of dudes do this).
