Football Tailgating For Beginners
Tailgating parties seem like an easy task. Grab some beers, put on your jersey, and there you go! If you want to pull off the best one you need to think about the food, drinks, and the atmosphere! It needs to be fun and to make it fun all these aspects need to be thought about. We hate planning just as much as the rest of you. Like c’mon, a beer in one hand and setting your fantasy lineup with the other. That’s all you need or so you think!
1.What to Wear:
Your Mugsys of course and your favorite jersey! That’s pretty much it! Don’t forget your shoes...
2.What to Eat:
Your food list should consist of foods that are easy to eat. They should also be little work. You don’t need to be doing a ton of cooking and baking right before the big game! Who wants to do that? Not us. The perfect foods for occasions like this are hand held foods or foods that require one bite. Now, those foods are not always that filling, so maybe those are your starters. Think about it like a football player before heading into a big game. They need to warm-up before the big game. No one’s out here trying to pull a hammy two minutes into the first quarter. In your case, you’ll be taking in these smaller choices before eating your bodyweight in food. Burgers and hotdogs are a great go-to option for the main event, and are staples of this pregame ritual. Are you really tailgating without hamburgers and hotdogs?!
