We want you to be 100% happy with your Mugsy's. If you want to exchange or return them for any reason, just send them back to us within 60 days using the return system below (U.S. customers only).
Please note, the returned Mugsy's must be in the same condition as you received them—unwashed and no signs of wear (i.e. no stains, marks, tears, etc.).
