HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RETURNS 🎁

What are the holiday shipping deadlines?

    • Domestic (USA): Shipping cutoffs to receive your package in time for 12/25 Christmas Day:
      • Ground—Order by noon ET on 12/17
      • Two Day—Order by noon ET on 12/20
      • Overnight—Order by 11AM ET on 12/23

    • International: Unfortunately, international shipping is too unreliable for us to guarantee delivery by a certain date. That said, our best guess is to order no later than 12/12.

* Please note: Carriers may update these dates as the big day approaches, so we highly recommend ordering sooner than later. We will do our best to keep this list updated as we receive updates from carriers. 

        What is your return policy for the holidays?

        Our return window is extended to 90 days for all orders placed between Nov. 1 through Jan 1. See below for more details or to make a return or exchange. Happy Holidays!

        Do you have any physical stores?

        Yes! You can find our stores in Chicago, Boston, Austin, DC, Columbus, and at the Mall of America. Learn more here.

         


        2. Shipping 🚚

        What shipping options do you offer?

        We provide free standard US shipping, plus a few paid expedited options.

        Which carriers do you use?

        We ship with DHL, FedEx, and USPS. Your tracking info will specify the carrier.

        Do you offer shipping insurance?

        Yes! We partner with Route for affordable shipping protection. If there's an issue, you can file a claim here.

        Do you ship internationally?

        Absolutely! We partner with Global-e to ship worldwide. Select your country at checkout for localized payment options and accurate shipping, duties, and taxes.

        Are international duties and taxes included at checkout?

        Duties and taxes may be included or listed separately at checkout depending on your location. In some cases, you may need to pay these upon delivery.

         


        3. Exchanges & Returns 📦

        US Orders

        We offer free exchanges and returns within 60 days of purchase. Just use our Exchanges & Returns Portal, and we'll email you a prepaid shipping label.

        During the holiday season we extend this period to 90 days (orders from Nov 1 to Jan 1).

        International Orders

        For international returns or exchanges, you'll need to cover the shipping. Send the items to:

        Once you have your tracking number, share it with us so we can process your return or exchange.

        Important Notes:

        • Items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, undamaged).
        • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

         


        4. Sizing & Fit Guide 👖

        What sizes do you offer?

        We offer waist sizes 28 to 44, and inseam lengths of 30, 32, 34, and 36 (depending on waist size).

        What fits do you offer?

        • Classic Mugsy Fit: Not too tight, not too baggy—just right!
        • Casual Relaxed Fit: Roomier in the hips, thighs, and calves for added comfort.
        • Tapered Slim Fit: Slimmer through the calves and ankles for a sleek look.
        • Bootcut Fit: Wider in the calves and ankles to fit over boots.

        How do I find my size?

        Our jeans have a lot of flexibility! Most customers order their usual size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, go up a size. If you like a more fitted look, consider sizing down.

         


        5. Washing & Care 🧼

        How should I wash my Mugsy jeans?

        Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.

        How should I dry them?

        We recommend air drying. If you prefer machine drying, use the low heat setting.

        Will my jeans shrink?

        Our jeans are designed to resist shrinkage, but follow the care instructions to keep them looking their best.

        Will the dye bleed?

        Dark colors may bleed initially, so avoid light-colored furniture and clothes for the first few wears.
