What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and USPS—tracking will confirm the carrier.

Do you offer shipping insurance?
We’ve partnered with Onward for low-cost shipping protection. File a claim with Onward here.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We partner with Global-e for international shipping. Select your country in the dropdown to see local pricing, payment options, and any duties or taxes upfront.

Are international duties and taxes included?
In short: it varies by country, but everything is clearly shown at checkout. Depending on where you are, duties and taxes might be included in the price, listed as a separate line, or collected on delivery.

Exchanges & Returns

We offer free exchanges and returns within 60 days—with a few important notes/caveats:

  • During the holidays, we increase the exchange/return window to 90 days (i.e., for orders placed between Nov. 1 - Jan. 1).
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (e.g., unused, undamaged, etc.).
  • Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges/returns.
  • Refunds on large orders (over $500) without an exchange incur a $6 handling fee.
  • Once your return hits our warehouse, expect your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • To make an exchange or return, visit our Exchanges & Returns Portal—we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • If you received a defective or wrong item, email team@mugsyjeans.com—we’ll make it right.

International Orders:

For international exchanges or returns, you'll need to cover the shipping. Simply send the items to the address below, email us your tracking number and we'll process your refund:

What sizes do you offer?
Waist sizes 28–44 and inseams 30, 32, 34, and 36 (depending on style).

What fits do you offer? Depending on the style:

  • Classic Mugsy Fit — the Chef's kiss: not too tight, not too baggy.
  • Casual Relaxed Fit — roomier in the hips, thighs, and calves.
  • Tapered Slim Fit — slimmer in the calves and ankles.
  • Bootcut Fit — wider in the calves and ankles.

How do I find my size?
Mugsy is all about comfort and flexibility—our pants have stretch for days. Most guys grab their usual size, but size up for a looser fit or size down for a more fitted look.

Washing & Care

How should I wash my Mugsys?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.

How should I dry them?
Air dry for best results. If using a dryer, always use low heat.

Will my jeans shrink?
Unlike a cold plunge, our jeans are designed to resist shrinkage (wink)—follow these care tips and you'll be golden.

Will the dye bleed?
Dark colors may bleed initially, so avoid light fabrics or furniture for the first few wears until the dye fully sets in.
