We offer free U.S. ground shipping—always.

• You can also upgrade to expedited or overnight delivery at checkout.

Shipping protection:

• We’ve partnered with Onward to offer low-cost shipping protection. You can file a claim directly with Onward here.

International orders:

• We partner with Global-e for international shipping. Select your country in the dropdown in our footer to see local pricing, payment options, and any applicable duties or taxes upfront.

We offer free 60-day exchanges and returns for U.S. orders through FedEx Easy Returns.

• To start an exchange or return, visit our Exchanges & Returns Portal.

How it works:

• No box or label needed — just bring the items to a FedEx Office or Kohl's location.
• Prefer to ship it back your way? We've got a paid option for that.

A few things to note:

• Items must be returned in original condition (unused & undamaged).
• Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

What to Expect:

• Refunds will process within 5–10 business days after your return reaches our warehouse.
  
• Received a defective or incorrect item? Email support@mugsy.com — we’ll make it right.

Holiday policy: Orders placed between Nov. 1 - Dec. 31 have an extended 90-day return window.

Sizing: We offer waist sizes 28–44 and inseams 30, 32, 34, and 36 (depending on style).

Finding your size: TLDR — Don't overthink it, our pants have stretch for days. Most guys grab their usual size, but if you're on the fence or prefer a looser fit, it never hurts to size up.

Fits: We offer four fits, depending on the style:

1. 1. Classic Mugsy Fit — the Chef's kiss: not too tight, not too baggy.
   2. Casual Relaxed Fit — roomier in the hips, thighs, and calves.
   3. Tapered Slim Fit — slimmer in the calves and ankles.
   4. Bootcut Fit — wider in the calves and ankles.

Washing: Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.

Drying: Air dry for best results. If using a dryer, always use low heat.

Shrinkage: Our jeans are designed to resist shrinkage — follow the above care tips and you'll be golden.

Dye Bleeding: Dark colors may bleed initially, so avoid light fabrics or furniture for the first few wears until the dye fully sets in.

We only get one Earth, we're committed to doing right by her! Few tidbits on initiatives we take seriously:

• 80%+ of our products use sustainable materials like organic cotton and recycled polyester (goal: 100% by 2027).
• Our packaging is recyclable wherever possible.
• We only partner with manufacturers who lead the way in water recycling and energy conservation.

How it works — To qualify you must:

• Have no other discounts applied to your order, and
• Not return your order for a refund.

A few things to note:

• Cashback is released after 30 days—standard stuff to keep the fraudsters at bay. Here's the timeline:
