        Do you have any physical stores?

        What shipping options do you offer?

        We provide free standard US shipping, plus a few paid expedited options.

        Which carriers do you use?

        We ship with DHL, FedEx, and USPS. Your tracking info will specify the carrier.

        Do you offer shipping insurance?

        Yes! We partner with Route for affordable shipping protection. If there's an issue, you can file a claim here.

        Do you ship internationally?

        Absolutely! We partner with Global-e to ship worldwide. Select your country at checkout for localized payment options and accurate shipping, duties, and taxes.

        Are international duties and taxes included at checkout?

        Duties and taxes may be included or listed separately at checkout depending on your location. In some cases, you may need to pay these upon delivery.

         



        3. Exchanges & Returns 📦

        US Orders

        We offer free exchanges and returns within 60 days of purchase. Just use our Exchanges & Returns Portal, and we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Refunds on large orders that do not result in an exchange are charged a small handling fee. 

        During the holiday season we extend this period to 90 days (orders from Nov 1 to Jan 1).

        International Orders

        For international returns or exchanges, you'll need to cover the shipping. Send the items to:

        Once you have your tracking number, share it with us so we can process your return or exchange.

        • Items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, undamaged).

        4. Sizing & Fit Guide 👖

        What sizes do you offer?

        We offer waist sizes 28 to 44, and inseam lengths of 30, 32, 34, and 36 (depending on waist size).

        What fits do you offer?

        • Classic Mugsy Fit: Not too tight, not too baggy—just right!
        • Casual Relaxed Fit: Roomier in the hips, thighs, and calves for added comfort.
        • Tapered Slim Fit: Slimmer through the calves and ankles for a sleek look.
        • Bootcut Fit: Wider in the calves and ankles to fit over boots.

        How do I find my size?

        Our jeans have a lot of flexibility! Most customers order their usual size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, go up a size. If you like a more fitted look, consider sizing down.

         



        5. Washing & Care 🧼

        How should I wash my Mugsy jeans?

        Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.

        How should I dry them?

        We recommend air drying. If you prefer machine drying, use the low heat setting.

        Will my jeans shrink?

        Our jeans are designed to resist shrinkage, but follow the care instructions to keep them looking their best.

        Will the dye bleed?

        Dark colors may bleed initially, so avoid light-colored furniture and clothes for the first few wears.

        8. Refund Policy

        If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below are the details of our refund policy:

        Eligibility for Refunds

        To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

        • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within [number of days, e.g., 30 days] of receiving your order.
        • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
        • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

        How do I qualify for 20% cashback?

        If you signed up on our popup, you'll need to click the link emailed or texted to you in order for the 20% cashback to apply to your order.

        Qualifications for 20% Cashback:

        This offer is not a 20% discount, rather it is for 20% cash back

        Please check your inbox after a qualifying purchase, where you will receive an email to redeem your CashBack.

        You just need to complete the CashBack redemption form, and then you can select your preferred CashBack redemption method.

        Why is there a holding period to receive my cashback?

        We trust you, but to ensure that fraudsters don't take advantage of the CashBack system, there is often a holding period that corresponds to the return or refund period of the brand. Please see your brand's specific terms for information on if, and how long, the holding period is.

        How long does it take to get my bonus gift card?

        As soon as you confirm your selection, we will provide you with details about your bonus gift card. If the brand has a return period, you will have to wait 30 days to be able to use your gift card.
