Official Rules

1. Promotion Description

The Kevin Cooney x Mugsy Father’s Day Giveaway (the “Giveaway” or “Promotion”) begins on May 28, 2026 at the time of launch and ends on June 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

The sponsor of this Giveaway is Tracer Bullet LLC d/b/a Mugsy (“Mugsy” or “Sponsor”). By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Mugsy is responsible for the collection, submission, and processing of entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to Mugsy with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Giveaway.

Kevin Cooney may promote the Giveaway, but Mugsy is the sole sponsor and administrator of the Giveaway.

2. No Affiliation With Prize Brands

The Giveaway prize package may include products from third-party brands, including but not limited to Stitch Golf, Blackstone, YETI, and other third-party product brands.

These brands are not sponsors of, affiliated with, associated with, endorsing, or administering this Giveaway. All third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the applicable prize items.

The inclusion of any third-party branded product in the Giveaway prize package does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, approval, partnership, or other affiliation between Mugsy and such third-party brand.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other parties involved in the development or administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter or win.

“Immediate family members” means parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, spouses, and household members, whether or not related, who share the same residence for at least three months per year.

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Prize

There will be one winner selected.

The winner will receive one Father’s Day giveaway prize package consisting of the following items:

• One Stitch Golf Bag

• One Blackstone Grill

• One YETI Cooler

• One Speaker

• One Golf Mat

• One Outdoor Fire Pit

• One $2,000 Mugsy Gift Card

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the full prize package: $4900.00 USD

Prize details, including specific models, colors, sizes, and product versions, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Mugsy gift card is subject to Mugsy’s standard gift card terms and conditions.

Prize does not include any expenses, costs, accessories, services, installation, maintenance, transportation, or other items not specifically listed above. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or any portion of a prize, with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, performance, or use of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, stolen, or misdirected prize items once shipped or delivered.

Only one prize package will be awarded.

5. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period:

A. Purchase Entry

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will receive ten entries into the Giveaway for each qualifying purchase made at Mugsy.com.

To receive entries through purchase, the entrant must complete a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period using a valid email address. Sponsor may use the email address associated with the purchase to verify entries and contact the potential winner.

B. Free Entry Method #1

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Each eligible free entry form submission will receive ten entries into the Giveaway.

All entries, whether submitted through purchase or free entry method, have an equal chance of winning.

C. Free Entry Method #2

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To enter without making a purchase, eligible entrants may follow @Mugsy or @MugsyJeans on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

6. Entry Limits

Entrants may receive entries during the Promotion Period through either purchase entry or the free entry method described above.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to enter using multiple identities, multiple email addresses, automated entry methods, bots, scripts, sweepstakes clubs, commercial entry services, or any other method that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, violates the spirit or integrity of the Giveaway.

Automated, robotic, bulk, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

All entries must be received by June 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET to be eligible.

7. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will take place on or about June 18, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email using the email address associated with their entry or purchase.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification and claim the prize within seven days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive a notification for any reason, including inactive email accounts, spam filters, technical issues, or the potential winner’s failure to monitor their email.

Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax documentation, and publicity release, except where prohibited by law.

Failure to complete and return any required documents within the timeframe requested by Sponsor may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, city/state of residence, prize information, and any statements made by the winner about the Giveaway or Sponsor for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

10. Privacy

Any personal information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be collected and used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, fulfilling the prize, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.

By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to Sponsor’s collection and use of their information in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

In the event of cancellation or termination, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Kevin Cooney, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, misuse, acceptance, or possession of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or inaccurate entry information

• Lost, late, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries

• Technical failures of any kind

• Unauthorized human intervention

• Errors in the administration of the Giveaway

• Injury or damage to any person’s computer, mobile device, or other property related to participation in the Giveaway

• Any inability of a winner to accept or use the prize

13. Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

As a condition of participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New York having jurisdiction.

Under no circumstances will any Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and each Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential 

damages, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Each Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

14. Winner List

The name of the winner may be obtained by sending a written request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Tracer Bullet LLC d/b/a Mugsy, [INSERT ADDRESS], Attention: Kevin Cooney x Mugsy Father's Day Giveaway Winner, within 90 days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Requests from residents of states that require prize winner disclosures will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
