- We recommend you order the size you normally wear in pants or shorts. If you’re unsure, here’s a general guideline: S 28-31, M 32-33, L 34-36, XL 38-40, XXL 42+

Bought the shorts in this material & loved them, so picked up a couple of pairs of these joggers. The are really comfortable & the material is a great weight, not too light or heavy. My only complaint is I wish they came in more colors & length options would be great too. Highly recommend these!

They were good , however i did not use them for. Jogging so i had the lower band removed to use them as trousers at my friendly tailor
