If you want to exchange or return your Mugsys for any reason, just send them back to us within 60 days of purchase via our Exchanges & Returns Portal.
- Free returns when dropped off at a certified FedEx drop off location
- $7 deducted when the customer chooses the boxed/mailed ship option
Product Requirements
- Items must be returned in their original condition (e.g., unused, undamaged, etc.).
- Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges/returns.
What to Expect:
- Once your return hits our warehouse, expect your refund within 5–10 business days.
- If you received a defective or wrong item, email team@mugsyjeans.com—we’ll make it right.
- During the holidays, we increase the exchange/return window to 90 days (i.e. orders placed between Nov. 1 - Jan. 1).
