If you're interested in the Mugsy Fit, but worried they might be too snug, you should size up. Our products tend to fit true to size however sometimes it's nice to be able to eat that extra slice.

To best maintain your Mugsys: Machine wash on cold, inside out with like colors.

Best practice is to hang dry. If you prefer machines, dry on the low heat cycle only.

We designed Mugsys to be warp and shrink resistant. Follow the wash instructions above and you'll be golden.

All jeans will bleed in the early stages, especially darker styles. Avoid sitting on light-colored furniture and wearing light-colored clothing or shoes for the first few wears until the dye fully sets in. Avoid over-washing to allow the dye to fully set.

To see which countries we ship to, please select the destination in the country switcher dropdown. Doing so will change the currency on the website accordingly, and at checkout you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If you want to exchange or return your Mugsys for any reason, just send them back to us within 60 days of purchase via our Exchanges & Returns Portal.

• Items must be returned in their original condition (e.g., unused, undamaged, etc.).
• Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges/returns.

What to Expect:

• Once your return hits our warehouse, expect your refund within 5–10 business days.

• During the holidays, we increase the exchange/return window to 90 days (i.e. orders placed between Nov. 1 - Jan. 1).
